In addition to her fiction writing, Cindy is a prolific freelance writer, having written for several magazines and newspapers as well as many websites. Her work will also be included in Twin Trinity’s Best of Unsent Letters due out in the fall, 2011, and was published in Chicken Soup for the Soul: Shaping a New You in December, 2010.

When not up to her eyeballs in some new writing project, Cindy is a huge fan of movies and gaming, though she prefers the pen and paper type to electronic gaming. She also serves as president of the Southern Illinois Writers Guild, is a founding member/administrator at the Accentuate Writers Forum, and blogs about all things cat at Cat-Share.com. She swears her favor editor is her cat, Rain, who loves everything she writes, even when it’s less than perfect.
